Selena Gomez in concert Sunday at Mohegan Sun

Now, here's an honest in-concert moment: Selena Gomez was performing in Fresno on her current Revival tour when she saw a sign being held up by someone in the crowd. It said, "Marry Justin please."

To let you folks who don't read Us magazine catch up: Selena has dated Justin Bieber on and off — but now it's definitely off.

In the middle of singing a number, Gomez took the "Marry Justin please" sign and crumpled it up and tossed it.

    Take that, Bieber!

All the Justin drama aside, Gomez has been racking up positive reviews on this tour, which comes to the Mohegan Sun Arena on Sunday.

A critic for the San Jose Mercury News gushed (yes, gushed) that her San Jose show "was a pop music tour de force. ... Gomez delivered a well-paced 80-minute set that sparkled with personality and sailed along with a sense of purpose. It was the kind of bold, mature and ambitious outing that we've seen from Beyonce, Katy Perry and, occasionally, Lady Gaga over the years."

Now, those are some big-league comparisons. And pretty impressive for someone who started out on "Barney & Friends" more than a decade ago and then segued into "Wizards of Waverly Place" before becoming an all-out pop star.

Joining Gomez in concert is DNCE, the new Joe Jonas-led group that cranked out an infectious debut single with the hit "Cake by the Ocean."

Selena Gomez, 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Mohegan Sun Arena; also, DNCE and Bea Miller; $35-$76; mohegansun.com.
