Thaddeus R. Rahmlow, 44, of 14 Park Lane, Niantic, was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree larceny.

Gordon Byers, 37, 1311 High St., Groton, was charged Tuesday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Davra Rivera, no age available, of 5 Cutler St., was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and unsafe backing.

Lori St. Jenn, 49, of 368 Grindstone Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged Tuesday with violation of probation.

Harry W. Kay, 52, of 40 Mayflower Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with driving without insurance and traveling unreasonably fast.

Raul Melendez, 39, of 70 Dell Ave., No. 34, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and failure to wear a seat belt.

Travan Brown, 36, of 110 Fourth Ave., was charged with driving with a suspended license and traveling too fast for conditions.

Edward Murchison, 24, of 19 Jay St., was charged Monday with third-degree criminal trespass.

Claudette Gilmore, 37, of 557 Mohegan Ave. Parkway, Quaker Hill, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree reckless endangerment.

Anthony Guilbert, 23, of 27 Denison Ave., was charged Monday with violation of a protective order.

Angel Lugardo, 26, of 175 Broad St., Groton, was charged Monday with violation of a protective order.

Luis Suarez, 26, of 156 Garfield Ave., Apt. 6, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and failure to use a turn signal.

Rafael Ortiz, 35, of an uncertain address, was charged Monday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Margo Neistat, 60, of 188 Parkway North, was charged Monday with driving while under the influence of alcohol and failure to drive right.

Zachary Covellone, 21, of 2 Pratt St., New London, was charged Monday with operating under suspension and failure to wear a seat belt.

Daniel Lamothe, 49, of 50C Crandall Hill, Montville, was charged Sunday with driving while under the influence of alcohol, failure to obey a stop sign and improper use of a cellphone.
