Groton City

Edward Riley, 35, of 105 Broad St. was charged Wednesday with driving under suspension, failure to have proof of valid insurance and failure to obey state traffic control signal.

New London

Emanuel Rivera, 18, of 130 Cedar Grove Ave. was charged Thursday with breach of peace and riot in the second degree.

Juan Carlos Gallegos Mulluni, 42, of 94 Colman St., first floor, was charged Thursday with third-degree forgery and third-degree identity theft.

Robert J. McIntear III, 23, of 32 Colman St. was charged Thursday with third-degree robbery, sixth-degree larceny and second-degree breach of peace.

José A. Pagan, 30, of 33 Franklin St., Taftville, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and improper turn signal.

Najjar Miser, 25, of 266 Colman St. was charged Wednesday with driving an unregistered vehicle, driving with a suspended license and failure to carry insurance.

Christopher Griswold, 31, of 17 W. Main St., Apt. C, Baltic, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license, misuse of marker plates, driving an unregistered vehicle, no insurance and failure to drive right.

Norwich

Lee Bagwell, 33, of an uncertain address was charged Thursday with second-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny.

Joshua Turney, 26, of Bristol was charged Wednesday with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Danielle Ladyga, 30, of 223 Norwich Ave. was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

State police - Montville

Jennielee J. Sebastian, 38, of 67 Ephrams Path, Mashantucket, was charged Monday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Waterford

Peter Burns, 60, of 16 Fog Plain Road was charged Wednesday with possession of a controlled substance and attempt to commit a crime.

Paul Colonni, 26, of 15 Jones Court, Norwich, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
