Revenues at GateHouse Media Inc., parent company of The Bulletin newspaper in Norwich, continued to decline in 2011, according to its latest financial report released Friday.

The report cited full-year revenues of $525.8 million, an adjusted decrease of 6.7 percent from the previous year. The company made $6.2 million in the final quarter of 2011, but finished the year with a $22.2 million loss - somewhat improving on 2010's overall performance.

"We are starting to see some positive changes," Michael E. Reed, GateHouse Media's chief executive, said in a statement.

Total advertising revenue declined 8.6 percent for the year, according to the report.
