Groton City

Phillip McPherson, 27, of 107 Benham Road, Apt. 2, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and failure to return a suspended license.

Groton Town

Jane Standing, 54, of 1 Maxon Road, Groton, was charged Saturday with three counts of third-degree burglary and three counts of sixth-degree larceny.

New London

Avimael Lebron, 22, of 29 Golden St., No. 5, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court and operating under suspension.

James Harrell, 42, of 47 Rogers St. was charged Saturday with threatening, interfering with a 911 call and violating a restraining order.

Minerva Diaz, 51, of 93 Ocean Ave. was charged Saturday with failure to appear in court.

David A. Stepp, 48, of 37 Spring St., No. 2, was charged Friday with driving while under the influence of alcohol, operating under a suspended license, possession of a dangerous weapon in a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia and having an improper muffler.

Norwich

Kayla Palmer-Nobleza, 23, of 114 Prospect St. was charged Saturday with driving while under the influence of alcohol, traveling too fast for conditions and failure to drive right.

Yvonne C. Tracz, 37, of 111 Corning Road was charged Saturday with third-degree larceny.

Daniel Markin, 36, of 56 St. Regis Ave. was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Christopher P. Simonds, 37, of 9 Chase Oaks Court, No. 2, Groton, was charged Friday with driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving while under suspension.

William J. Caputo, 56, of South B St., Taftville, was charged Friday with operating while under suspension.

Michael H. Wood, 55, of 9A School St., Central Village, was charged Friday with fifth-degree larceny.

Jeremy Dawson, 34, of 41 South A St., Taftville, was charged Thursday with operating while under suspension and failure to obey a stop signal.

Jeffery Cuff, 21, of 10 Carolina Drive, Apt. 33, Oakdale, was charged Friday on a warrant with first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree breach of peace.

Elizabeth A. Rand, 18, of 218 Roxbury Road, Niantic, was charged Friday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct after a domestic dispute.

Martin Matheson, 41, of 62 Pine Island, Groton, was charged Friday on a warrant with second-degree threatening and breach of peace.

Bobby R. Durham, 21, of New Haven was charged Saturday with driving while under the influence of alcohol and failing to carry adequate insurance.

Waterford

Richard Haithcock, 38, of 25 Ocean Drive, Niantic, was charged Friday with operating a motor vehicle while under suspension and failure to display plates.

Justin Granger, 26, of 237 Ledyard St., New London, was charged Friday with violating a protective order.

David Shumway, 51, of 18 Ledgeland Drive, Mystic, was charged Friday with operating a motor vehicle while under suspension, failure to have proper insurance and failure to have lights lit.
