Frank Bruni's Mar. 21 column, "There are many kinds of Catholic," makes it clear he hates the Catholic Church for being out of touch with God's law and out of date. It's true most Catholics have gone their own way.

Planned Parenthood says, "A woman has a right over her own body."

They never speak a word about the rights of the unborn child. If a survey, somehow, could be taken of all the unborn children in the world who were about to be aborted, how many would choose death? Do you wish you had been aborted?

He brings up the issue of bad priests again, as if we haven't heard this before. Between 1 and 2 percent of the general population are pedophiles. Between 1 and 2 percent of Roman Catholic priests are pedophiles.

Mr. Bruni finds himself worshiping the idol of secular materialism, "I want what I want when I want it."

The Book of Wisdom says, "The wicked said among themselves, thinking not aright: 'Let us beset the just one, because he is obnoxious to us, he sets himself against our doings.'"
