Groton Town

Fatos Gashi, 28, of 58 Midway Oval was charged Tuesday with second-degree threatening, disorderly conduct and possession of a weapon in a vehicle.

Shirtley-Jo Orbe, 27, of 25 Broad St. Ext., City of Groton, was charged Tuesday with interfering with an emergency call, risk of injury to or impairing the morals of a minor and breach of peace.

Joshua Moore, 28, of 97 South Road, unit 3, was charged Monday with engaging an officer in a pursuit and reckless driving.

New London

David Boguzes, 30, of 34 Flanders Road, Mystic, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to use taillights.

Chantha Chau, 20, of 13 Hobron St., Apt. 2, was charged Tuesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Joshua Roberts, 29, of 11 P Lakeside Road, Ledyard, was charged Tuesday with failure to drive in the proper lane, failure to carry an insurance ID card and driving with a suspended license.

Robert Willis, 55, of 12 Butler Court, Waterford, was charged Monday with possession of crack cocaine and possession of crack cocaine with the intent to sell.

Mariza Lugo, 29, of 25 W. Coit St. was charged Monday with third-degree assault.

Kwame S. Graham, 18, of New York, N.Y., was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace.

Tiywan D. Lee, 19, of New York, N.Y., was charged Monday with breach of peace.

Marcelino Barreto, 28, of 25 W. Coit St., Apt. 2, was charged Monday with third-degree assault.

Norwich

Michael Santarcangelo, 32, of 12 Salem Turnpike was charged Tuesday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

State Police - Montville

Haley Berry, 34, of 41 Riverside Drive, Waterford, was charged Tuesday in Groton with reckless driving, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, passing on the right and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Franklin Wells, 46, of New Haven was charged Monday in Waterford with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving with a suspended license and second-degree larceny of a motor vehicle.

Adam Cochran, 18, of 68 Meetinghouse Lane, Ledyard, was charged Monday in Montville with fourth-degree larceny.
