Oliver Santiago Cabrera, 22, of 169 Mather Ave. was charged Tuesday with driving under suspension.

Montville

Roscoe Washington, 36, of 15 Beechwood Road, Oakdale, was charged Tuesday with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance and possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana.

New London

Christopher P. Brownlee, 27, of 803 Montauk Ave. was charged Tuesday with four counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Christopher Daniels, 40, 0f 37 N. Cliff St. was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to use a turn signal.

James Dzialo, 41, of Plainville was charged Wednesday with failure to obey a stop sign and driving with a suspended license.

Norwich

Heather M. Cyr, 31, of 46-B Church St. was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

Ana Rivera, 38, of 74 Oakwood Knoll was charged Wednesday with violation of probation.

Dorothy Jones, 31, of 20 Central Ave. Apt. 3, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Michael Bienvenu, 32, of 213 W. Town St. was charged Tuesday with possession of heroin, three counts of possession of a restricted substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ian J. Bredewig, 19, of 14 Lake St., Ledyard, was charged Wednesday in Ledyard with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and failure to drive right.

Jessica C. Aiztiaco, 22, of 7 Ravenwood Road, North Stonington, was charged Tuesday in New London with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Waterford

William Reed, 29, of 169 High St., Mystic, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and speeding.

Susan Smith, 43, of Madison was charged Monday with third-degree larceny and third-degree forgery.

Kim Kuzmenko, 35, of Hanover was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have tail lamps.

Erin Nelson, 37, of 1591 Route 32, Uncasville, was charged Monday with being a fugitive from justice.
