Storrs - Ryan Fuller's fourth home run of the season couldn't have come at a better time.
Fuller, the former Old Lyme High School and UConn-Avery Point standout, hit a two-run homer in the bottom of the 13th inning Sunday to give the UConn baseball team a 6-4 win over Cincinnati in a Big East Conference game.
Fuller was 3-for-6 with a double and scored twice. Billy Ferriter and Tim Martin also had three hits each for the Huskies (26-21, 14-7), who improved to 4-0 in extra-inning games.
Ryan Moore (1-0) was the winner in relief, striking out the side in the top of the 13th. But it was the pitching of Scott Oberg that stood out. The junior righthander allowed two hits in 5 2-3 innings of relief, striking out 11 with no walks.
