From midnight Thursday to noon today, state police reported 212 accidents, including 31 with injuries and one fatality. They have arrested 51 people for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and have issued 670 speeding tickets, 570 seat belt violations and 100 cell phone violations.

The enforcement effort will continue through Monday.
