Omara Francis, 27, of 14 Braemer Place, was charged Monday with two counts of violation of probation.

Jeffrey Andreana, 46, of 13 Hobron St., Apt. 6, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace.

Milton V. Laureano-Capcha, 25, of 12 W. Coit St., Apt 1, was charged Saturday with evading responsibility, failure to drive right and driving without a license.

Louis P. Rosa Jr., 24, of 3 Falco Circle, Westerly, R.I., was charged Monday with possession of heroin.

Shannon Strother, 26, of 151 Crystal Ave., Apt. 3, was charged Sunday with risk of injury to a minor and second-degree assault.

Madeline D. Mateo, 18, of 90 Mather Ave., Groton, was charged Monday with third-degree assault, breach of peace and violation of probation.

Kristen Coble, 40, of 31 Vivian St., Waterford, was charged Monday with violation of a protective order.

Norwich

Josue DeLeon, 27, of 136 Boswell Ave., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of hallucinogens.

Ryan Hebert, 26, of 78 Matthewson St., Apt. B, was charged Saturday in Griswold with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Kyle Wesa, 28, of Voluntown, was charged Sunday in Voluntown with third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Hector Hernandez, 25, of East Hartford, was charged Sunday in North Stonington with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Stonington

Steven Falcone, 42, of 7 Burns Ave., Westerly, was charged Sunday with evading responsibility.

Pandora A. Watson, 38, of 123 West Broad St., Apt. 6, Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

University of Connecticut-Avery Point

Michael P. Flagge, 47, of no certain address, was charged Sunday with criminal violation of a protective order.

Waterford

William Baker, 24, of East Windsor, was charged Saturday with two counts of fourth-degree larceny.
