Slot-machine revenues declined again in June, the region's tribally owned casinos reported today, though not as steeply as in the previous two months.

Figures filed with the state Department of Consumer Protection show Foxwoods Resort Casino's slots "win" -- the amount the casino keeps after paying out prizes -- fell 3.0 percent last month compared to June 2011.

Mohegan Sun's win slipped 3.7 percent.

Foxwoods's win in June was $49.5 million; Mohegan Sun's was $54.8 million.

The casinos' slot revenue declines were more than 9 percent in May and were in double digits in April.

Foxwoods forwarded $13.2 million of its June win to the state, while Mohegan Sun sent $14.6 million to Hartford.
