Marisa Haggert, 20, of Marlborough was charged Tuesday with reckless burning and disorderly conduct.

Vicki Doyle-Dunn, 53, of Little Rock, Ark., was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Arthur Lee Morrison, 42, of 55 W. Coit St. was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Daniel P. Anton, 32, of 395 Broad St., 2nd Floor, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Michael Acoff, 20, of 59 Boulder Drive was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

Miguel DeJesus, 17, of 40 Perry St. was charged Monday with disorderly conduct, interfering with a 911 call and third-degree criminal mischief.

Norwich

Laura MacDonald, 45, of 401 W. Thames St., was charged Tuesday with two counts of first-degree arson, two counts of third-degree burglary and two counts of first-degree criminal mischief.

Augustin Philibert, 31, of 82 Jerome Road was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license.

Bruce Grisafe, 39, of 88-98 Chestnut St. was charged Monday with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court, second-degree failure to appear in court and possession of an open container.

Waterford

Nolan Burhans, 19, of 26 Seventh Ave. was charged Monday with sixth-degree larceny.

Christopher Wright, 23, of 25 Blumenthal Drive, Uncasville, was charged Sunday with driving in violation of license classification, sixth-degree larceny, disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.
