Joe Courtney slinging blame on others for potential economic harm to the military because of the necessity to cut spending is the height of hypocrisy.

He has been part and parcel of the profligate Congresses that have over promised, over spent and refuse to take responsibility for their actions. If he wants to clearly see someone to blame he only needs to look in the mirror. Keep it up, Joe, and hopefully you can collect your outsized congressional pension early.
