Coutu, Osten to debate on air Thursday

The two candidates for the 19th District state Senate seat will debate live on the radio Thursday morning on the Lee Elci show on 94.9 FM.

Democratic Sprague First Selectwoman Cathy Osten and current Republican 47th District state Rep. Christopher Coutu will be in studio for the debate between 8 and 9 a.m. The two are seeking the Senate seat being vacated by popular Democratic state Sen. Edith Prague.
