Westerly Hospital offering stress management program

Westerly — A free program titled, “Stressed Out? Tools to Prevent and Manage Stress,” will be offered from 6 to 7 p.m. Sept. 19 at The Westerly Hospital’s Nardone Conference Center.

The program will be led by Marie-Anne Leinhaas, licensed certified social worker. She will discuss the origin and risks of stress, the biology of stress, strategies to manage stress in your life, and when to seek professional help. A question-and-answer session will follow.
