Andre Mercer, 44, of 103 Truman St., second floor, was charged Tuesday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bryant Downs, 36, of 28 Fern St. was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.

Scott J. Franklin, 25, of 11 Velvet Lane, Mystic, was charged Monday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of violation of probation.

Matthew Barfield, 25, of 65 Shaw St. was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Jesse Fitzpatrick, 22, of 49 Dart St. was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace.

Joseph R. Masterjoseph, 74, of 72 School St., Apt. 4, Westerly, was charged Monday with criminal violation of a protective order.

Courtney E. Staples, 30, of 76 Pawcatuck Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
