Thomas E. and Lisa C. Kraemer of Quaker Hill are happy to announce the engagement of their daughter, Nikole M. Kraemer to Stephen A. Frankopoulos, son of Stephen M. and Catherine P. Frankopoulos of Waterford.

Nikole is a graduate of California State University and teaches in New Britain.

Stephen is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and owns and operates his own business.

A July 2013 wedding is planned.
