President Barack Obama is lifted off the ground by Scott Van Duzer, a registered Republican and owner of Big Apple Pizza and Pasta Italian Restaurant, during an unannounced stop Sunday in Fort Pierce, Fla. The president is on a bus tour of Florida, stopping at various nooks and crannies along the way. Van Duzer, who said he voted for Obama in 2008 despite his party affiliation and planned to do so again, was on a driving range when he got word that the president was heading to his restaurant. He hustled over lickety split.
