A year ago, Coast Guard routed MMA 61-30, taking advantage of three turnovers in the first half to build a 35-6 halftime lead.
Senior quarterback Jon Resch is off to a good start for the Bears. He was 27 of 38 for 262 yards and two touchdowns (both to tight end Casey Paris) last week against MIT.
