Groton City

Gabriel Rodriguez, 29, of 162 Norwich Ave., Norwich, was charged Friday with theft of a firearm, criminal possession of a firearm, two counts of possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia in a drug factory, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and impairing the morals of a minor.

New London

Dorie Langlois, 47, of 40 Walden Ave., Apt. 4, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with a 911 call.

Kelsey Powers, 22, of 7 Twin Lakes Drive, Waterford, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive right.

Carlos Gorbea, 40, of 12 Nob Hill Road, B12, was charged Friday with violation of a restraining order.

Keyla Badillo, 24, of 187 Huntington St., Apt. D4, was charged Friday with breach of peace, interfering with an officer and assault on a police officer.

Norwich

Amber Amparo, 19, of Atlanta, Ga., was charged Saturday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Eugene Mahatha, 21, of 197 Laurel Hill Drive was charged on Friday with three counts of sale of illegal drugs.

Keri Hosseini, 47, of Danville, Ill., was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace.

State police - Montville

Dobie Dennis, 30, of 29 Beckwith St., New London, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Richard Rodriguez, 43, of 5 Joy Lane, Uncasville, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive right.

Waterford

Marta Hack, 42, of 28 Tift St., Griswold, was charged Thursday with speeding and driving with a suspended license.
