Groton Town

Larry Nelson, 64, of 312 Shennecossett Road was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

John H. Hoyt, 32, of 40 Marlin Drive was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Derreck P. Green, 31, of 958 Pleasant Valley Road was charged Monday with breach of peace.

Nicholas B. Timlin, 20, of 55 Londonberry Lane, Milford, was charged Sunday with interfering with an officer.

James W. Johnson, 32, of 36 Mountain Ave., New London, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault, risk of injury to a minor and third-degree strangulation.

Edward J. Lapinski, 48, of 8 Amanda Court, Uncasville, was charged Sunday with interfering with an officer.

Kimberly Pernigotti, 44, of 69 Shetucket Turnpike, Griswold, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and following too close.

Jeffrey Betty, 31, of 34 Lisa Lane, Uncasville, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court and sixth-degree larceny.

Jose Garcia, 37, of 2 Coit St., New London, was charged Monday with two counts of third-degree burglary, possession of narcotics, sixth-degree larceny from a motor vehicle, sixth-degree larceny and third-degree criminal mischief.
