Groton City

Allen Desiree, 22, of 18 Mather Ave. was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have tail lamps lit.

Miguel A. Costa, 22, of 14 Colman St., New London, was charged Wednesday with reckless driving, driving with a suspended license and improper use of a marker.

New London

Daniel Iliff, 27, of 851 Bank St., first floor, was charged Thursday with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Norwich

Jose Pagan, 30, of 54 Hunters Ave. was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct and second-degree trespassing.

Isaiah I. Griffin, 20, of 1 Sullivan Drive was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and traveling fast.

Waterford

Anthony Pezzelo, 49, of 148 Jefferson Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of narcotics not in their original container and failure to drive in the proper lane.
