Groton

Jerry M. Phelps, 27, of 101 Blinman St., Apt. A, New London, was charged Friday with second-degree reckless endangerment and breach of peace.

James A. Johnson, 37, of Sprague was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Brian T. Blake, 20, of Milford was charged Wednesday with illegal sale of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Stacy A. Collins, 32, of 31 Chicago Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Tuesday with illegal use of a credit card, credit card theft and sixth-degree larceny.

Austin L. Allen, 18, of 381 Burningtree Drive was charged Tuesday with third-degree trespassing, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

New London

Stanley Bellinger, 22, of 40 Crystal Ave., Apt. C82, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Jose Ayala, 44, of 48 Crystal Ave., Apt. A58, was charged Saturday with weapons in a motor vehicle and disorderly conduct.

Tashawn Moffett, 19, of Rogers St. was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and unsafe movement of a motor vehicle.

Israel O. Feliciano, 22, of 781 Ocean Ave. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and passing in a no-passing lane.

James Luckman, 31, of 85 Ledgeland Drive, Mystic, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license.

Norwich

Sean R. Gillis, 25, of 62 Asylum St. was charged Saturday with third-degree larceny and disorderly conduct.

Deria Mohamud, 39, of Farmington was charged Friday with third-degree larceny.

State Police - Montville

Elizabeth Overholt, 62, of 5 Amber Circle, Ledyard, was charged Friday in Ledyard with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.
