Groton Rotary hosts benefit wine tasting

The Groton Rotary Club is selling tickets for its annual wine and beer tasting and silent auction. Wines from all over the world will be featured courtesy of Grand Spirits I & II. The tasting, which includes 200 wines and 100 beers, will be held on Friday, Oct. 26 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Mystic Marriott Hotel on Route 117.

All proceeds from the event will benefit local nonprofit groups.

The Groton Rotary Club meets every Tuesday at 12:15 p.m. at the Octagon Restaurant at the Mystic Marriott Hotel on Route 117.
