Montville

Ashley Pangelinan, 23, of 229 Route 163 was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree larceny, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Jennifer LeBlanc, 28, of 137 Stephen Drive, Stonington, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and traveling too fast for conditions.

Todd Smith, 51, of 96 Woodland Drive was charged Monday with violation of a protective order.

New London

Keith Lee, 45, of 2350 Gold Star Highway, Mystic, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace, first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Wilmer Salinas-Guere, 27, of 12 W. Coit St. was charged Tuesday with first-degree failure to appear in court and breach of peace.

Jonathan Chang, 23, of 208 Montauk Ave., Unit 2, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and traveling fast.

Jackie Jackson, 33, of 39 4th Ave. was charged Monday with third-degree hindering prosecution and interfering with an officer.

Daniel Rodriguez-Claudio, 32, of 19 Jay St. was charged Monday with breach of peace.

Norwich

Johnny Segarra, 34, of 52 Lake St., Apt. 1, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace, second-degree assault and interfering with an officer.

State Police - Montville

Thomas Chongruk, 49, of 20 Haley Meadow Road, Jewett City, was charged Sunday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and using a cellphone while driving.

Eric Gleason, 20, of Lisbon was charged Sunday in Lisbon with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and failure to carry proper insurance.

Christopher Jackson, 32, of Sprague was charged Sunday in Montville with third-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and third-degree strangulation.

Stonington

Ada D. Knowles, 52, of 14 Hobart St., Westerly, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Waterford

Lei Washington, 19, of 198 Connecticut Ave., New London, was charged Monday with third-degree assault.

Melissa Poole, 46, of Bradford, R.I., was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive in the proper lane.
