New London

Ferguson J. Stanford, 40, of 156 Garfield Ave., Apt. 15, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license.

Pedro Moreno, 21, of 189 Parkway North was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

Steven Link, 50, of 19 Jay St. was charged Wednesday with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

Michael L. Marchang, 41, of 69 Montauk Ave. was charged Wednesday with failure to obey a stop sign and driving with a suspended license.

Joseph Pezzello, 33, of 83 Mansfield Road, Apt. 221, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court and violation of a protective order.

Loretta M. Lavallee, 28, of 3½ North 3rd St., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Edmunda S. Castillejo, 74, of 1 Colver St. was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, failure to obey a stop sign and failure to carry an insurance card.

Matthew Simpson, 21, of 12 Union Court, Apt. 2, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

Patrick Kirkwood, 44, of 55 Colver St. was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, possession of a controlled substance and failure to keep a controlled substance in its original container.

Erika G. Marotto, 35, of 179 Long Hill Road, Montville, was charged Tuesday with failure to drive a reasonable distance apart and driving with a suspended license.

State Police - Montville

Richard LaPierre, 52, of 36 Soule St., Apt. A, was charged Tuesday in Griswold with threatening and breach of peace.

Waterford

Victor Castro, 24, of 83 Mansfield Road, New London, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Rashaan Fredericks, 31, of Hartford was charged Tuesday with sixth-degree larceny, interfering with an officer, criminal impersonation and possession of a shoplifting device.

Kenny Sullivan, 38, of 16 Norwich-Westerly Road, North Stonington, was charged Tuesday with driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to carry proper insurance.

Haley Berry, 34, of 71 Haley Road, Montville, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to carry proper insurance and speeding.
