Groton City

Evaristo Baez-Montes, 33, of 198 Branford Ave. was charged Thursday with third-degree assault.

Quentin Ward, 30, of 76 Federal St., New London, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Jasmine Wright, 28, of 117 Route 12, Apt. 120, was charged Wednesday with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Groton Town

James A. Hill, 47, of 252 Shewville Road, Gales Ferry, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, driving with a suspended license and failure to return license.

Jeffrey R. Lowell, 25, of 12 Meryl Court was charged Thursday with fourth-degree criminal mischief and third-degree burglary.

Steven G. Allen, 38, of 486 Cow Hill Road, Unit 1, Mystic, was charged Wednesday with failure to carry proper insurance and driving with a suspended license.

Montville

Joseph Dougherty, 24, of 314 Laurel Hill Ave., Norwich, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court.

New London

Siomara Melendez, 26, of 48 Crystal Ave., Apt. 58, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, misuse of marker plates, driving without a front marker plate and failure to carry registration or insurance.

Rasheem Hall, 26, of 19 Jay St. was charged Thursday with violation of a protective order.

Dennis Stiggle, 46, of 19 Jay St. was charged Thursday with second-degree strangulation, disorderly conduct, interfering with a 911 call, interfering with an officer and violation of probation.

Norwich

Scott St. Germain, 25, of 24D Church St. was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license.

Stonington

Jessica L. Bailey, 41, of 21 Greenman Ave., Apt. 3, Westerly, was charged Thursday with fourth-degree larceny.
