Jasmine Wright, 28, of 117 Route 12, Apt. 120, was charged Wednesday with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

James A. Hill, 47, of 252 Shewville Road, Gales Ferry, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, driving with a suspended license and failure to return license.
Jeffrey R. Lowell, 25, of 12 Meryl Court was charged Thursday with fourth-degree criminal mischief and third-degree burglary.
Steven G. Allen, 38, of 486 Cow Hill Road, Unit 1, Mystic, was charged Wednesday with failure to carry proper insurance and driving with a suspended license.
