Man charged with grabbing woman's breast at casino

Mohegan - A Massachusetts man was arrested Wednesday at Mohegan Sun casino when he grabbed a woman’s breast because he wanted to be the victim’s friend, police said.

Ziliang Chen, 36, of Boston was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault, interfering with an officer and breach of peace.

Chen was standing next to the victim at the bus lobby when he touched her inappropriately, police said.

Chen was arrested without incident and held in lieu of $20,000 bond, pending his arraignment Thursday in Norwich Superior Court.
