New way NL colleges can help host city

The idea of non-profit institutions in New London making voluntary contributions to the City clearly has merit. However, I feel it would be preferable for Connecticut College and Mitchell College to make this offer: For graduating New London High School seniors who are academically qualified and have financial need, these two schools should offer free tuition to any high school senior.
