Poets Amy Glynn Greacen, the October James Merrill House writer-in-residence, and David Yezzi, will read at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 20, at the James Merrill apartment in Stonington.

This reading is part of the James Merrill House "Friend of the Writer-in-Residence" series, in which the current writer-in-residence invites a fellow author to read. In this case, both Greacen and Yezzi will read from their own work.

This event is free and open to the public. A reception will follow. The James Merrill apartment is at 107 Water St., Stonington, on the third floor. For further information, call (401) 524-3450.
