Connecticut voters need to speak up. I for one am fed up with one-party rule in this state. The Democrats have been in charge of everything for the last two years and what do we have? A record tax increase, huge debt, crumbling bridges, more unproven education programs, and no jobs. They continue to push through legislation that is going to destitute our grandchildren. They like to point fingers across the aisle and accuse Republicans of being uncooperative. That doesn't fly in my book.
I am a voter who likes to examine each candidate. I don't always vote Republican, but in this year's state elections I will be supporting the slate of Andrew Lavery for state representative in the 40th General Assembly District and Theresa Madonnna for state Senate in the 18th District.

Mitt Romney and other conservatives have called for the end of government subsidies to public broadcasting. Do you think tax dollars should go to PBS and NPR?
