Groton Town

Lisa A. Wark, 34, of 18 York Court, was charged Sunday with three counts risk of injury to a minor, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and a stop sign violation.

Elizabeth A. O'Brien, 34, of 82 Wells St., Westerly, was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

Groton City

Miguel A. Costa, 22, of 14 Colman St., New London, was charged Sunday with first-degree criminal trespass.

New London

Sabryna Drayton, 48, of 23 Terrace Ave., Taftville, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and failure to affix a tint sticker.

Scott M. Stewart, 23, of 68 Connecticut Ave., was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license.

Francisco A. Garcia, 40, of Middletown, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault, threatening, interfering with a police officer and breach of peace.

Stonington

Steven A. Blanchard, 18, of 62 Elm Ridge Road, Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Waterford

Richard Love, 28, of 18 Brady Ave., was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to obey a traffic control signal.
