I'm supporting Joe Courtney for Congress because he has the character to constructively view issues from multiple sides, act always with dignity and he believes in government as a vital and constructive asset in our lives.

Despite the fact that most of his colleagues in Congress think that government is a "problem" Joe Courtney has remained a hardworking leader who rationally balances the support of his district with the needs of the country while maintaining a 10-out-of-10 civility rating. A rare combination and we have him.

On Nov. 6 think of this when you vote and please re-elect Joe Courtney to Congress.
