Tips to be donated to breast cancer research

Norwich - Employees of the Harp & Dragon Pub, Chacers Bar & Grill, and Billy Wilson’s, all located in downtown Norwich, donated their tips received today to the Terri Brodeur Breast Cancer Foundation.

In addition, the Capano family, which owns the Harp & Dragon and local Shop Rite stores, will be matching all tips collected, Scott Capano announced Wednesday.
