The Williams School athletic department will host its Sixth annual "Play 4 the Cure" day in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month today at the school's athletic complex on Bloomingdale Road in Waterford.

Three varsity games will be played, starting at 3:45 p.m., and all athletes will be wearing gray and pink T-shirts. The field hockey and girls' soccer teams will play Westover and the boys' soccer team will play St. Thomas More.

In addition, Williams is hosting a hair salon at the Weissman Student Center from 9:15-10:15 a.m., featuring hair stylists from "A Style Above" of Chester. Students and faculty will be able to get a pink hair extension or a pink T-shirt for a $20 donation. All money raised goes to the Comprehensive Breast Center at Middlesex Hospital.

The athletic department will also sell pink wristbands and collect donations during the games.

I wouldn't say senators have no impact, but their influence is very limited.
