Groton City

Kenneth P. Muhlack, 22, of 45 Bayview Ave. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Marvin B. Baker, 24, of 298 Laurel Drive, New London, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have tail lamps.

Tammy Ann Casselberry, 35, of 193 Poquonnock Road was charged Friday with criminal violation of a protective order.

Darren L. Carter, 45, of 193 Poquonnock Road was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace.

Koa Asiata Kent, 30, of 112 Litton Ave. was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct and threatening.

Daryl J. Mullen, 27, of 175 Poquonnock Road was charged Thursday with first-degree criminal trespass and carrying weapons in a vehicle.

Candace L. Stokes, 27, of 20 Hedge Ave., Norwich, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and failure to carry proper insurance.

Groton Town

Michael J. Dorego Jr., 36, of Woonsocket, R.I., was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive at a reasonable distance.

Michael Ward, 64, of 10 Midway Oval was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

Montville

Nathaniel Pendleton, 22, of 25 James Ave., Griswold, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain proper lane.

New London

Sarah Ortiz, 32, of 225 Pequot Ave., Unit 2, was charged Saturday with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving with a suspended license, misuse of plate and having no front plate.

Norwich

Timothy Sosanya, 26, of 15 Terrace Ave. was charged Saturday with driving without registration, driving without insurance and misuse of plates.

Jesse Conkin-Chadwick, 32, of 268 Shore Road, Waterford was charged Saturday with second-degree threatening and second-degree harassment.

State police — Montville

Howard L. Jones, 29, of New Haven was charged Friday in Groton with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Stonington

Crystal S. Brown, 31, of 37 Moss St., Apt. 4, Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to register a commercial vehicle.

Waterford

Alexa Cox, 27, of 5 Hamast Ave. was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jorge Echevarria, 33, of 18 Clark Place was charged Thursday with third-degree assault.

John Rucker, 22, of East Haddam was charged Wednesday with fifth-degree larceny.
