Meet author Marci Alborghetti

La Grua Center Art & Culture series presents author Marci Alborghetti for a book reading and signing on Friday, Nov. 2, at 6 p.m.

Alborghetti will discuss her novel, "The Christmas Glass," which is set partly in Stonington Borough and southeastern Connecticut, and read selections from the book.

She will also give a short overview of her work and talk briefly about her most recent book "The American Prayer Book."

"The Christmas Glass" and other books by Alborghetti, including her other Christmas title, an illustrated family book called "The Miracle of the Myrrh," will be available for purchase at the event.

This event is open to the public and free of charge. Parking for La Grua Center is in the Main/North lot of Stonington Commons at 32 Water St.
