Thomas Reynolds, 66, of 241 Ledyard St. was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

David C. Gayle, 25, of 80 Maple Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Thursday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Lindsey D. Wyscoczynski, 19, of 575 Bank St., Apt. 308, was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace.

John Greene Jr., 60, of 19 Jay St. was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

Norwich

Hector Cuevas-Rivera, 29, of Baltic was charged Thursday with driving too fast for conditions, driving with a suspended license, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

State Police - Montville

Richard Ramos, 20, of 1 Summer St., Westerly, was charged Wednesday in Stonington with second-degree failure to appear in court, sixth-degree larceny, driving with a suspended license and driving without a license.

Omar Roman, 19, of Ashaway, R.I., was charged Tuesday in Stonington with second-degree failure to appear in court and possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana.

Timothy Rinaldi, 33, of 131 North St., Norwich, was charged Tuesday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jared Hastings, 21, of 57 Myrock Ave. was charged Wednesday with driving with a weapon in a motor vehicle, breach of peace and threatening.

Paul Concordia, 18, of 10 Beacon Hill Drive was charged Wednesday with driving with a weapon in a motor vehicle and breach of peace.
