Brian J. Schramm, 24, of 79 Glendale Road in Montville, was charged on Nov. 8 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, following too close and failure to drive in the proper lane.
Heather Small, 30, of 48 Carter Road, was charged Monday with two counts each of disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.

Kamel C. Taylor, 27, of 27 Jay St., Apt. 2, was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer.
Alec Reyes, 21, of 132 Ocean Ave., was charged Monday with breach of peace.

Jill Sleaseman, 38, of 231 Pequot Ave., New London, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and traveling unreasonably fast.
Nadir Harrison, 28, of 12 Oxford Drive, Norwich, was charged Sunday with driving without a license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and theft of a license plate.
Gary Williams, 53, of 94 Oswegatchie Road, was charged Monday with first-degree reckless endangerment, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, third-degree assault, driving with a suspended license and threatening.
