New London woman faces second suspended license charge in eight days

Waterford – A New London woman arrested in Waterford twice in eight days for driving with a suspended license already has a pending case and several convictions for the same charge.

Danielle Dubicki, 29, of 76 Brainard St., New London, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have tail lamps illuminated. On Nov. 8, she was charged with driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates and failure to carry proper insurance. According to online court records, Dubicki was arrested by state police Oct. 25 on similar charges, including driving with a suspended license. That case is pending. She also has a pending case on a first-degree trespassing charge and sixth-degree larceny.

Dubicki has at least three convictions for driving with a suspended license since May 2010. Her criminal history also includes convictions for forgery, larceny and failure to appear in court.
