Groton City

Eliut Mendez, 45, of 66 Anthony Road, Apt. D, in New London, was charged Monday with breach of peace.

Christina Diaz, 23, of 8 Paul Revere Road was charged Monday with breach of peace.

New London

Joshua H. Chieka, 26, of 59 Woodbine Ave., Norwich, was charged Monday with evading responsibility, failure to drive in an established lane, failure to carry a driver's license, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving with no insurance card.
