Westerly Hospital to host diabetes support group

Westerly - The Westerly Hospital will be host its free monthly diabetes support group from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Dec. 5 in the hospital’s  Henry J. Nardone Conference Center.

It will be facilitated by Herb Nieburg, PhD, Psychologist and Mark Rogers, PharmD, clinical pharmacist for The Westerly Hospital.

For information on the support group, which meets on the first Wednesday of every month, call: (401) 348-3533 or (800) 933-5960, extension 3533. In addition to this support group, The Westerly Hospital periodically offers a comprehensive, five-week course to help patients gain practical knowledge and skills needed to manage diabetes successfully.
