Sobriety checkpoint in Norwich Friday

Norwich —   The Norwich Police Department will conduct a sobriety checkpoint between 5 p.m. Friday and 4 a.m. Saturday as part of a nationwide “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” crackdown.

Efforts by the department as part of the enforcement crackdown will include sobriety checkpoints as well as saturation patrols, according to a press release.
