Groton Town

Peter Jacangelo, 25, 622 Military Highway was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Ronald A. Whitfield Jr., 20, of 20 Concord Court was charged Thursday with interfering with an officer.

Yolanda Pires, 38, of 20 Concord Court was charged Thursday with interfering with an officer.

Reynaldo Cartagena, 30, of 33 Brewer St., New London, was charged Thursday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Raheem A. Childers, 27, of 99 Larch Road, Groton, was charged Friday with interfering with an officer and third-degree trespassing.

Jerry C. Momplaisir, 28, of 53 Garfield Ave. was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have stop lamps.

Jesse Perkins, 25, of 13 Archer Court, Apt. B, was charged Thursday with violation of probation.

Noah S. Zimmer, 36, of no certain address was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

Reynaldo Cartagena, 30, of 78 Dell Ave., Apt. B-6, was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace.

Phillip Estrin, 20, of 25 Rogers Hill Road was charged Friday with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brent Johnson, 21, of 56 Dayton Road was charged Thursday with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Dominique Williams, 26, of New Haven was charged Thursday with first-degree forgery, risk of injury to a minor, conspiracy and sixth-degree larceny.
