Groton City

Monique Verian, 43, of 262 Ekonk Hill Road, Moosup, was charged Tuesday with second-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny by embezzlement and fraudulent use of an automated teller machine.

Myra E. Babb, 47, of 91 S. Broad St., Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear.

James Luckman, 42, of 85 Ledgeland Drive, Mystic, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and making an improper turn.

Shane Carrier, 31, of 154 Jupiter Point Road, Groton, was charged Wednesday with third-degree criminal mischief.

Todd Kuhn, 40, of Middletown, was charged Tuesday with failure to register a motor vehicle, failure to stop at a stop sign and misuse of license plates.

Kenneth Bordeleau, 58, of 19 Jay St., was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace.

Jamie Molina, 46, of 19 Jay St., was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

Dawn Snyder, 47, of 19 Jay St., was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

Elizabeth A. O'Brien, 34, of 973 Pequot Trail was charged Tuesday with interfering with an emergency call and third-degree criminal mischief.

John Smallridge, 39, of Canterbury was charged Tuesday in Preston with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a control signal.
