Enrique Sanchez, 32, of 330 Benham Road, Groton, was charged Thursday with failure to appear in court.

David Lucret, 53, of 95 Litton Ave., Groton, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Delbert Street, 51, of 76 Federal St. was charged Wednesday with public indecency, disorderly conduct and first-degree trespass.

Norwich

Eduardo Lobos, 25, of 269 Norwich Ave. was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Waterford

Mary Jane Alvarado, 38, of 249 Church St., Willimantic, was charged Wednesday with fifth-degree larceny.

Genevieve Rizzo, 64, of 3 Milk St., Willimantic, was charged Tuesday with fifth-degree larceny.
