Melissa Alfred, 27, of 147 Allen St., was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and failure to register a commercial vehicle.

Groton Town

Audrey K. Taylor, 25, of 1042 Poquonnock Road, was charged Sunday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Ryan A. Bourne, 26, of 177 Michigan Drive, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

John F. Smith, 66, of 10 Ann Ave., Mystic, was charged Saturday with being a fugitive from justice.

Bryon McClellan, 24, of 71 Norwich-New London Turnpike, Uncasville, was charged Friday with second-degree threatening, breach of peace and intimidating a witness.

New London

Daniel J. Terminesi, 29, of 9 Mystic Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Gary A. Simpson, 27, of 28 Squire St. #2, was charged Sunday with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a stop sign.

Yencey Diaz, 28, of 44 Reed St. Apt. #2, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and unsafe breaking.

Danny Mason, 49, of 96 Green St. #26, was charged Sunday with possession of narcotics.

Sergio A. Vargas, 37, of 29 Dennison Ave. #1, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, following with intent to harass, and driving with a suspended license.

Joseph Lopez-Nieves, 24, of 183 Crystal Ave., was charged Sunday with third-degree assault.

Norwich

Mark Harris II, 30, of 14 1/2 North A. St., Taftville, was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to sell.

Randy Robinson, 33, of 120 Elizabeth St. #190, was charged Saturday with misuse of markers, driving with a suspended license, driving without registration, driving without insurance and driving with no front license plate.

Scott Marsie, 47, of 124 Washington St. was charged Saturday with third-degree assault.

Waterford

Aaron Hacker, 21, of 18 Union St., Norwich, was charged Friday with threatening.

Ajene Tillman, 23, of 28 Manor Road, Oakdale, was charged Saturday with fifth-degree larceny.
