Police seek help finding missing Norwich woman

Norwich - Police are seeking the public’s help in finding a missing 45-year-old city woman.

Jocelyn Butcher, also known as Jocelyn Velabutcher, is described by police as a 5-foot 3-inch tall Pacific Islander weighing 150 pounds and having brown eyes.

Butcher was last seen Friday wearing a blue shirt and grey sweatpants. She may have been headed towards the Kingston, R.I., area driving a brown 1995 Subaru Legacy with CT registration 637WDL.
