Vernon W. Henry, 27, of 32 Hawthorne Drive, No. 2, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

Stonington

Ryan J. Peterle, 26, of 51 Coveside Lane, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jonathan M. Salovitz, 23, of 51 Rivercrest Drive, Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with interfering with a police officer and breach of peace.

Kevin R. Drake, 24, of 32 James St., was charged Saturday with interfering with a police officer.

John M. Flaherty, 44, of 154 Lincoln Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Waterford

Vain Dadd, 36, of 35 D St., Groton, was charged Saturday with sixth-degree larceny and criminal violation of a protective order.
